Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend you book in advance. Some of our practitioners are not in every day of the week. In addition, appointments are very popular so it is important to book beforehand.  However we do see clients at adhoc times also.

Will I need medical insurance cover for my treatment?

Yes you will need medical insurance to cover your stay with us either as a single participant or within a group setting. We will not accept any clients unto any of our treatment programs unless you're medically insured. We do not provide insurance but can recommend a list of suitable companies if you so desire.   

Is the clinic accessible for a wheelchair?

  We always ensure that all of venues are wheelchair accessible but we cannot guarantee  in all circumstances. Please discuss with us prior to making your booking

What should I wear?

 Appropriate comfortable clothing and footwear is  advisable depending on the weather

Are your venues smoking and alcohol Free?

We do not accept smoking, drinking of alcohol  or abusive drug taking of any king on any of our premises or its grounds
