Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing and posted back to us or via e,ail

Bookings for Courses & Natural Remedies

In the event of a cancellation, clients will incur an administration fee of £20+ var each course.

Cancellations made up to 12 weeks prior: Full refunds will be given for cancellations before this date.

50% refund will be given  after 12 -8 weeks. 

No refund will be given after 8 weeks

Substitution can be made at any time up to 14 days prior to the start of the course at no extra cost.

Once you have completed this form please forward it together with your payment to Adonai Health & Wellness Centre Ltd   

or direct via email or post.

Spa Retreat Bookings

In all circumstances in the event of a cancellation or change to booking , clients will incur an administration fee of £15 for each spa change to booking and £50 administration fee spa cancellation per booking.

Cancellations made up to 26 weeks prior: Full refunds will be given for cancellations before this date-

50% refund will be given  after 25 -13 weeks. 

No refund will be given after 12 weeks

Substitution can be made at any time up to 14 days prior to the start of the course at no extra cost.

 

**Sending this form alone will register the delegate to the  course/ natural therapies/event/Spa, however places are not secured until we have received payment in full. At this point we will send confirmation of your booking.
